Comprehensive Green Cleaning Programs are underway! Standardized processes are the future of the cleaning industry. At Bayside we utilize third party cleaning systems designed to enhance to green program at your facility. Our employees are no longer "Janitors" but specifically trained specialists in each area of the Green Cleaning program.
At Bayside we will establish (SOP's) or Standard Operating Procedures at your facility. These procedures have been created by GreenSeal with the help of The U.S. Green Building Council. Our SOP's will address how an effective cleaning and hard floor/ carpet maintenance system will be consistently utilized, managed and audited. No longer will cleaning at your facility be just about apperance, but also cleaning to protect your buildings occupants.
Standardized processes have taken the guesswork out of the senario. Certification is now available for all Building Service Contractors. Roadmaps are in place with minimum requirements needed to uphold those certifications. Programs designate times, frequencies, patterns, training, audits, proper use of products, ect. to make the transformation to a green cleaning program easy for facilities to handle.
